Carrying my luggage up several flights of stairs was not ideal. The breakfast menu also seemed limited. It lacked common options like bacon and sausages.

The location was very accessible. All members of staff were warm and cute. They treated me very well whenever I spoke with them and I appreciated the kindness. I was very satisfied with their attitude.

The pillows were soft, offering no support. And when I requested firmer ones, I learned there were none available. The room itself was very small, and the heat was overwhelming. There was no air conditioning, and the skylight was limited to a 'vent' setting.
